Return Policy

aSavings Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement, subject to the following:

a) Contact aSavings to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return, and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

b) Returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact, and unaltered.

c) Only items not listed in the "Non-Returnable Categories" (please see below) are returnable. Items in these categories are not returnable due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective manufacturers or by law.

d) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, this means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.

e) All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item has been opened, and is no longer in its original mint condition, restocking fees will be higher. So please restrict your Returns to unopened items in their original condition. For specific restocking fees applicable to your Return, please contact us at

f) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.

g) If the Return is due to our error, please return the product via UPS Standard Shipping, and we will reimburse you the Standard Shipping expenses incurred, or we will provide you with a pre-paid Shipping Label, at your preference.

h) For International Orders:

All postage for exchanged items will be the recipient's responsibility.
Any items shipped out of the USA will be charged to the customer's account.

Exceptions to Above Return Policy

All sales on items/categories listed below are final. None will be accepted for either return or exchange. Customer must return defectives only to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Any item priced $1,200.00 or more (USD) (Also Non-Cancellable)

Regarding Back-Ordered Items

On any back-ordered item, we will endeavor to ship as quickly as possible. If the customer is not willing to wait for the item to arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to advise us, and if the item has not yet been shipped, we will follow the customer's instructions.

For Special Order & Professional Level Items

Items over $1,200.00 and those specifically marked "Special order" are NON-CANCELLABLE. Confirmation of such orders forms an obligation on your part to accept delivery. You have 10 days from receipt of package to return DEFECTIVE merchandise for EVEN EXCHANGE only. Special Orders are accepted with the understanding that you are willing to wait up to 30 days for the item to ship, if necessary.

For Special Shipping Items

Special order restrictions also apply to items that are shipped by special freight truckers or airport-to-airport, or that require special handling or packing. The product listings would disclose this.
